Chillin' with Mo-Mo

I caught these really cute pictuers of Mosiah, so here's a little post all about him. He has started pulling one of his legs up and putting it on his tray (with or without food). It's not the same leg every time, sometimes the right, other times the left. It's just so cute, and weird!

Spaghetti... what can I say?

We got a huge package the other day and Mo climbed right in after we got all the goodies out. He stayed in for about 2 hours (to Ezra's dissapointment... he wanted a turn too!)

Daddy and the Boys

We took these pictures for a Fathers Day Project the boys did, and I thought I'd post them because they are super cute.

A strange disease

I'm sorry I haven't blogged for so long. I've come down with this strange disease that the professionals are calling "morning sickness". I've read a lot about this disease, and I've experienced it a lot the last month or so, and I've discovered that "morning sickness" is NOT an accurate term. This term implies that the poor pregnant soul who is unfortunate to contract this disease, will only feel this sensation in the morning. Well, I don't know if any of you mothers out there have ever experienced this, but my "morning sickness" lasts through the morning, into the afternoon, during the evening, all throughout the night and back into the wee morning hours. I am also drained of all energy, and do nothing but sit on the couch and try not to think of food. My favorite foods are on my "No Eaty List", including all pastas, pizzas, and cheeses. The only thing I can eat is toast, crackers, and peaches. What kind of balanced diet is that??? I can't even tolerate chocolate! WHAT is this world coming to?
Anyways, I haven't ever experienced anything like this (this is my 4th pregnancy), so I'm not coping well. I try to be up-beat, but whenever somebody asks me how I'm doing, I just give them this long story about what I puked up today.... so I'm sorry to all my friends and family for the horrific details, and thanks for putting up with me.
When I get my lazy butt off the couch next time, I will take some pictures and blog something blog-worthy.
'Til Then....

Guitar Hero 3

Well, my Mothers Day gift arrived late, but it was so worth it. I got GH3, and it is sooo much fun, even the boys had a go at it.

On top of that I also got these games, and they are all super fun. A lot of them are for 2 (or more) players and I like that a lot.
We got all these games from an ebay seller, they have an ebay store I think. They're called Thumb Monkey and they have amaizing prices (for all these games we payed under $40 including shipping). Usually they get you on shipping, but we happened to find an online coupon for just that purpose, so we did okay.

Playdough and Crepes

It has started to get very hot here, so our boys like to hang out in their undies most of the time, so I apologize that all of these pictures are "Undie" pictures.

Ezra LOVES to play with playdough. It's his favorite thing to do. He's advanced from just cookie cutters to everything in the utensil drawer. He empties it out daily for playdough purposes. He used to want to play with someone else as well, but now he doesn't care he just wants to create. We set up a little picnic table on the back porch and he plays out there now (he makes to much of a mess inside.)

I've started to make crepes (a good friend gave me her recipe) and Ezra loves to help with all the "making dinner" in our house, so him and I made crepes for "all of our friends: Ezra thought that included Andy, Rudy, Mickey, and Vanessa, and was very upset when I told him it was just for Liam, Daddy, Mo, Grandma and us. He yelled at me and told me that he wasn't going to help anymore. Then he screamed "I'm going to my room", cried for a minute and then he got over it, and came back to help me make whipped cream and cut up some strawberries to go in the crepes. It turned out to be a delicious day!

Primary Activity Day

The boys had their first Primary Activity Day ever a couple of weeks ago (and I'm just posting about it now... I know... I know). I stuck around for it because they needed my help, and I snapped some cute pictures. The activity was about Nephi, and some of things Nephi did.

The kids all got to pretend they were Nephi, and shoot a bow and arrow.

They built a boat, and then sailed it to the promised land.

They wrote on the golden (tin foil) plates.

(And then they played Nephi, Nephi, Laban; in the fasion of duck, duck goose.)

They dwelt in a tent, and found the Liahona, then they followed the Liahona and found blessings from the Lord (in the shape of chocolate). Just before the activity ended the final group went to sail their boats across the sea, and the Landscapers had come and emptied out the pool, so the last group of kids had to pretend to sail their ships, it was funny and sad, all at the same time. Look at Rhonda (the leader), she is sooooo mad. In the end of the activity we had bread, honey, and milk for a snack, and then we played games until all the kids got picked up. It was so much fun for the boys!

This is Ruth and Tim's daughter Ellie. Liam has a little crush on her.
